All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any purchases, including but not limited to:

• Initial Certification Training Program (ICTP) courses
   
• Continuing education courses
   
• Application Assistance services
   
• Digital or downloadable materials
   
• Administrative or processing fees
   

Once a purchase is made, the student/client acknowledges that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances, as permitted under California law.

While no refunds are offered, students enrolled in an Initial Certification Training Program (ICTP) may be eligible for a course credit under the following terms:

• ICTP credit may be applied to a future ICTP session within the same calendar year, subject to availability.
   
• ICTP credit may be transferred one time to one other individual, with written request.
   
• ICTP credit may be applied toward another program or service offered by Willie Hausey Training Institute.
   
• ICTP credit cannot be extended into a new calendar year.
   
• ICTP credit may not be transferred more than once.
   

If a client chooses to cancel their Application Assistance Program and submits written notice, the unused credit amount may be:

• Applied toward future training courses until the credit is fully depleted.
   
• Used by the original purchaser, family members, or friends.
   
• Applied only to training programs or related services (credit cannot be used toward government fees or third-party charges).
   

Once applied to another service, credits cannot be reverted back to Application Assistance.
